With over 50 years of private equity, operations, franchising and real estate experience, the principals of T2 Capital Partners are prepared to pursue to any transaction presented to the firm.  The founding principals have led operations for a division of one of the world's leading hospitality firms, practiced corporate law at a Washington DC based law firm, and now own and invest in a multitude of companies from a variety of industries, including defense, life sciences, real estate and distribution.

Managing Director Adam Sherer runs day-to-day operations for T2 Capital Partners.  He gained over 15 years of diverse financial and operational experience during his time at Marriott International.  During his career at Marriott, Adam worked with an internal start-up firm focused on the consumer services industry, assisted with the acquisition and integration of a $130M firm, conducted financial analyses for hotel development projects and potential acquisitions, and helped develop a franchise program for one of its divisions.  Adam is responsible for overall portfolio performance, as well as conducting detailed due diligence to analyze business operations and financial performance in order to uncover upside opportunities.  He earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
