What We Look For

Leveraging the experience and relationships of its partners, T2 focuses its efforts on niche businesses such as manufacturing, distribution, service and defense-related firms.  Ideally, T2 seeks mature businesses with enterprise values between $2 and $20 million that have a documented history of success, experienced management, and stable cash flow.  Many of T2’s opportunities are derived from legacy businesses with limited or no succession plan or where equity is required to support growth initiatives.

How We Add Value

T2 supports the long-term growth objectives of its portfolio companies by providing value-added resources including:

  • Developing, implementing, and enhancing best practices and internal controls
  • Developing, implementing and  enhancing a business development strategy, particularly in the areas of marketing, sales and product development
  • Providing access to a network of top-tier financial institutions and other lenders, law firms, accounting firms, engineering firms, consulting firms, public relation and marketing firms, and insurance companies
  • Employee recruitment, development and retention
  • Providing acquisition support by identifying acquisition candidates, performing due diligence efforts, transaction execution, and post transaction integration.

T2 values more than the financial statements we review.  We understand the importance of developing personal relationships with our management teams and consider this a critical component in the achievement of our overall objectives.
